This week the OnEBoard crew shared tips to help you save time in meetings, scan documents with your phone and easily create new documents and spreadsheets.
1. Nina Trankova: Try the new AI-powered "Take Notes for Me" in Google Meet meetings. This can save time, let you focus on listening in the meeting, and can help people with disabilities. This requires a Google Workspace account with Gemini add-on. Learn more.
2. Peggy Kolm: Use the Google Drive mobile app to automatically scan documents and receipts. You can edit the scans and save them as .JPG or .PDF files. Learn more.
3. Bob Danley: Create a file using a template for Google Docs, Sheets (spreadsheets) and Slides (presentations) from inside Google Drive. This can save you time, and you can use this if you aren't comfortable using AI prompts to create your document. Learn more.
Join us again on September 1st for 3 tips in 10 minutes with Google for Education expert Kim Nilsson (No Substitute).
