OnEBoard Commitment 2026

On November 30 is the annual Commitment live stream.

For more than a decade, OnEBoard members have gathered to share their watchword for the coming year, and reflect on how well they met their previous goals. This is an opportunity for each of us to consider what we would like to achieve in 2026.

Watch highlights from Commitment 2025.

Everyone is welcome to join us in the live chat to share their goals and one word focus for 2026. Set a reminder notification and join us live on YouTube.

Commitment 2026 Recap

Updated November 30, 2025

Thanks to OnEBoard host Nina Trankova, and our 2026 Commitment on-screen participants Peggy Kolm, Bob Danley, Svetlana Stavreva, Monika Schmidt, Priya Chandra, and Chris Guld. Brigitte Uras, Jolyn Bowler, and MyMeriArts joined us in the live chat.

Bob Danley: Symbiosis

Bob aims to integrate with AI technology in a mutually beneficial relationship, similar to a lichen. "It'll be me, the human integrating AI technology. So, I'm going to work increasingly using Gemini and all of its little sub little partners like AI Studio, Nano Banana."

Peggy Kolm: Focus

Peggy plans to apply lessons learned and workflows developed in 2025 to focus on new projects in 2026. "I want to really pick a couple projects to focus on... in such a way that I actually don't try to overextend what I'm trying to do and that I can actually adapt if life throws a curveball."

Svetlana Stavreva: Mindfulness

Svetlana felt 2025 was transformative, and that this requires mindfulness. She says, "this means that if we transform like an elephant dancing in a glass shop then we need to ground this transformation in a deeper awareness presence and common sense so that the change we have built can be lived with intention and when I say intention it is intentionally that I choose living as my simple steady present living rather than artificial intelligence everybody is so fascinated with."

Monika Schmidt: Inspiration

Monika says 2025 was a fulfilling year, and in 2026 she now "it's inspiration I invite into my life and do something new with it."

Priya Chandra: Acceptance

Priya says that she chose Acceptance, and "a lot of that is around accepting the opportunities that are coming my way in a spirit of openness, but also accepting that  there are things that I don't know."

Chris Guld: Adjust

In 2025 Chris and her husband made a massive change and moved onto a residential cruise ship. She says, "We love this lifestyle, but it's all new people. It's all new situations. It's all new. So I am learning how to adjust, how to keep doing what we've been doing, our live YouTubing, etc. but make great use of our new life."

Nina Trankova: Flourishing

Nina reflected on her first year since her mother's passing, and how it was fruitful because she followed what she learned from her mother on "how to start and finish things from start to end."  And now she is ready to flourish in 2026, nothing as elder folks "we finally get to accumulate knowledge and specialization and we can share with others with families and start to support for things we choose and not for things we previously compromised."
