In this week's Tech Topic the OnEBoard crew shared tips for using Keep to convert handwritten notes to text, creating embeddable image quizzes in Google Forms, and managing Gemini settings for Google Workspace organizations.
Here's more details and resources for this week's tips.
Peggy Kolm: Use Google Keep to Convert Handwriting to Text
Peggy demonstrated how to convert handwritten notes to text in Google Keep.
1. In Keep on the web (keep.google.com) or the Keep mobile app select the option to create a new Note with a Drawing.
2. Write your notes with your finger, stylus or mouse. You can choose the type of pen and color.
3. View the Note in Keep on the web and click the 3-dot More icon.
4. From the menu, select Grab image text.
Keep converts your handwriting into text that is added to the Note. It's surprisingly accurate!

Bob Danley: Embed an Image Quiz on your Website
Bob explained how to create a quiz in Google Forms that can easily be embedded on a WordPress site.
He figured out how to add full-sized images to the quiz by uploading the images to Google Drive, getting a shareable link for each image, and then using that link to add the image to the form.
