Molly's take-away message: "put yourself in your customers or your shoes. What do you think you would want to see if you are searching for your own website? [...] And you put yourself in the customer's shoes. Are you putting yourself in the user's shoes? What do you think is important to them? I think you'll gain a brand new perspective of what Google's trying to accomplish. They are trying to cater your website to users, so that they have a good user experience."
